1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Box Concept services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Box Concept provides corporate gifting services including design, packaging, branding, and fulfillment. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
3. Orders & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to commence production
- Balance is due upon completion, before delivery
- Prices are quoted in AED/USD and exclude applicable taxes
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
4. Production & Delivery
- Standard production: 2-3 weeks from approval
- Rush orders available with additional fees
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Client is responsible for accurate delivery information
5. Intellectual Property
All designs created by The Box Concept remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Client logos and branding provided remain client property.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Box Concept shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
